Eagles Ridge

Eagles Ridge is a community of ten wooded, mountainside properties located along Eagles Ridge Road near Nellysford, Virginia. Eagles Ridge is located off Glenthorne Loop (VA 627) a mile south of its intersection with VA 151. Currently eight properties are dues-paying members of the Eagles Ridge Property Owners Association and pay for road and entrance area maintenance. Two properties pay no share. An eleventh property at the end of the road pays maintenance fees for its use of the road.
