We are located at St. Elmo and Altruria and Egypt Central and Altruria, and near Quail Ridge Golf Course.
Daybreak is located in close proximity to area retailers like a
Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Walgreens, CITGO, dry cleaners, nail salons, and even a florist. Quail Ridge Golf Course is very close and offers a spectacular golf experience. There are several schools and churches within just a few miles of the neighborhood.
Daybreak's entrance lot is at the corner of St. Elmo and Altruria. The association takes care and pride in keeping the entrance lot attractive and well-kept.
We have a beautifully landscaped brick Daybreak sign with the backdrop of an American flag. We plant seasonal flowers, keep the lawn mowed and shrubs trimmed routinely. At night the entrance sign is lit and the flag is flown over spotlights.
Daybreak also has an active Neighborhood Watch program with signs posted on the major streets.
