Berg-Lahser October Emergency Preparedness Meeting
At the Tuesday, October 12, 2010 meeting, at 22575 W. 8 Mile & Berg in Detroit, the Berg-Lahser Community Association has invited Sgt. Kevin Sweeney, Michigan State Police, Emergency Management & Homeland Security to be the guest speaker. Sgt. Sweeney will speak about the important of making a plan that ensures that your family, friends, and business are secure in case of of a need to shelter-in-place or evacuate. A checklist from Ready.gov will be distributed to all attendees. All are welcome to attend.
