Welcome to Bayard Square!
Bayard Square is a friendly neighborhood of approxiamately 850 homes located in Wilmington, DE. The boundaries run from Broom Street to Lancaster Avenue to Union Street to City Limits back up to Broom Street.
We would like to keep a sense of community in our neighborhood. We are looking to start new ideas while re-inventing old ones. At the civic association meetings, it's the same people who attend. The meetings reflect less than maybe 5% of the homeowners. We just want to get the community more involved and possibly attract some of the newhomeowners, fresh faces, etc.
