Welcome to Autumn Grove!
Autumn Grove is a new build community by Maronda Homes having just 47 Homesites in our first phase. Homes will be staring at 1800 square feet and starting values starting in the $160's. We also are the premier community to showcase Maronda's newest Presidential Series with a "McKinley" prototype. Incorporated into the community are loads of green spaces, trees and a pond. Planned development includes a riding/walking path through the common area and surrounding us are many local farms and horse farms. Welcome to the Quiet side of Grove City.
