Woodlands of Riverside has 138 homes. It's a quiet urban neighborhood with a suburban feel. The street layout and low traffic makes good walking or jogging conditions. Being close to wooded areas and a river provides for a diverse wildlife population. Deer pass through most of the addition. Coyotes, red fox, and owls have been seen as well as more common animals.
