Woodlands of Riverside consists of 138 homes.
It is a quiet urban neighborhood with a suburban feel. The street layout and low traffic makes good walking or jogging conditions. Having wooded areas on several sides and being close to a river provides for a diverse wildlife population. Deer pass through most of the addition (at times a lot of deer). Coyotes, red fox, and owls have been seen. There are also the more common animals like groundhogs, racoons and, of course, skunks along with others.
