Woodland West is known for its trees. It is one of Arlington’s most established residential neighborhoods just west of Bowen, off of Norwood Lane until it connects with Park Row Drive.

Many of the houses date back to the 1960’s and sit on large lots with big yards and trees.
Today, those trees are mature and provide a majestic canopy.

Woodland West is a distinctive neighborhood; it’s like its own village within the city of Arlington.
Inside this neighborhood you will find all of the essentials of a connected, walkable community such as an elementary school, recreation center, park, swimming pool, public library, grocery store, bank, and shopping center. As well as, various churches in and around the area. Duff Elementary School, Dottie Lynn Recreation Center, and Woodland West swimming pool and park are all within the same city block providing a great recreational area."
