Willow Glen South Improvement Association, Inc. (WGSIA) is a community organization of homeowners in Pikesville, in northwest Baltimore County, Maryland. Our mission is to protect and stimulate interest in the development and improvement of living conditions in our community. 

Meetings are held in January, April, July, and October at the Milford Mill United Methodist Church.
