About our Neighborhood

The blue collar hard working class neighborhood!  When Sioux Falls was developing years ago, most of the workers here in the neighborhood worked at John Morrell's or the Railroad.  People that live here are still hard working and want a neighborhood where they can eat, live, work and raise a family.
