San Rafael West End Neighborhood Association
The West End neighborhood is located on the west end of San Rafael, California. It spans both sides of Fourth Street, along the "Miracle Mile." Our neighborhood is the west entrance to the eclectic West End Village shopping district on Fourth Street. Founded in 1977 as a non-profit, non-partisan association, WENA is dedicated to fostering community and to enhancing the quality of life for our residents, both homeowners and renters.
