Welcome

Welcome to the Vandever Avenue Civic Association's website. VACA was been a established Civic Assoc in the city of Wilmington since the early 60's maybe even longer as some reports have shown. We are 501c3 and has been since 1974. As you can see from the attached map the area that is covered; which has been modified within the last two years. Everyone within our boundaries are welcome to become a active or inactive member, we encourage you to join us as we struggle to voice our concerns to downtown and within our community. Only we as a whole collectively can have a strong voice to the elected officials we voted for. We need to send a clear message that they represent Us here in the 2nd Senatorial;  2nd State Representative, 3rd City Councilmanic District. VACA meet the last Wednesday of the month 6:00 at Kingswood--- except, July,August & December.  All are Welcome  Thank You
