The Brantley Subdivision, Warner Robins
The Brantley Subdivision is located at the southwest tip of Warner Robins GA, east of US Hwy 41 and north of US Hwy 96. This area has seen tremendous growth in the past few years.
It’s an established community consisting of 147 Single Family Homes built after 1993. No plots are available.
This Houston County GA subdivision consists of one and two story brick homes (some have basements). All homes have at least a 2-car side entry garage and many homes have pools.
The Brantley subdivision in Warner Robins GA is an upscale community with large lots, mature trees, quaint cul-de-sacs, and well-maintained neighborhoods and yards. The restrictive covenant is enforced.
This Warner Robins community is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, entertainment, I-75, and Robins AFB.
The Houston County Public Schools for this picturesque subdivision are Lake Joy Elementary, Mossy Creek Middle, and Houston County High School
