Sun Hills Estates consists of 147 5-acre homesites with over 110 custom homes currently established.

The Sun Hills Homeowners Association was formed as a non-profit organization in 1983 to preserve, protect and improve our unique community and quality of life. Membership dues are currently $10 annually with a community picnic and annual meeting held each fall.
