Summer Glen is a small community of 67 residential homes. We are located just minutes from historic downtown Summerville and we enjoy the comforts of small town living while being only a 30-minute drive to beautiful downtown Charleston. Close to I-26, Routes 78 and 61,and Downtown Historic Summerville, SC. Shopping areas and recreational activities can be reached in a short ten minute drive. Summer Glen is located in the well known Dorchester 2 School District, with all of the schools being in close proximity to our community. Elementary School- William Reeves, Middle School- Dubose, High School- Summerville
