Stone Mill is a townhome community in Bear, DE consisting of 195 homes. The community is tucked behind Governor Square Shopping Center, in walking distance to the Bear Library and just minutes from Christiana Mall. Stone Mill has significant open space, a playground, a pond and tennis courts for all residents to enjoy costing each homeowner a mere $239 per year in 2010. The Board is always available to the community. A community meeting is held at least every 3 months and is often attended by our County Councilman, State Senator and State Representative.
