Welcome to The Stone Mill Community!

Stone Mill is a community that consists of 195 townhomes, located in Bear, Delaware.  This community is nicely tucked behind The Governor Square Shopping Centers. Stone Mill is conveniently in walking distance to the Bear Library and just minutes from Christiana Mall.  The landscape of Stone Mill has beautiful open spaces, a playground, and a scenic pond area for all residents to enjoy!  Each homeowner of The Stone Mill Community is billed a once-a-year "Maintenance Fee" of just $400.  The Board, Stone Mill Maintenance Corporation (SMMC) are available to address most community & maintenance issues, our Community Manager is Monica DiDonato, e-mail:  mdidonato@associamidatlantic.com.
