Spring Lake Estates is a beautiful residential community of approximately 150 homes located in Callahan, Florida. Our schools are some of the finest in Florida. Our community is full of excellent churches and civic organizations. We are located North of Jacksonville, Florida, giving us access to one of the largest job markets in the nation. Additionally, we are located only minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Florida's First Coast.
