The Spencers Crest neighborhood is comprised of 26 homes including Spencers Crest, Ridgeline and Deer Valley Dr. in Eugene, Oregon. The Spencers Crest Home Owners Association is a group of people who truly care about the neighborhood where they live. This volunteer group and its supporting membership are trying to maintain an Association that we can all be proud to call home.
