Welcome To Sheridan Valley!
Welcome to Sheridan Valley!! We are located at 81st and Sheridan. We are in the heart of south Tulsa, close to shopping, neighborhood schools and hospitals. The Creek turnpike is just minutes away to get you anywhere you want to be.. work or play. There are 107 homes in this subdivision and we enjoy a very active neighborhood association where children still play outside and neighbors know each other.
We are also located in City of Tulsa District 8. Our councilman is Bill Christensen. Our association meets every second tuesday of each month. 7:00pm at Bethany Christian Church on Sheridan and 71st. Our annual dues are a nominal $50.00. We host several events throughout the year like the neighborhood garage sale, two block parties one in summer and one in fall. The back to school social is a treat in August. Our membership enjoys a directory, email blasts and webpage and blog for their annual dues as well as maintaining the common areas.

How long does it take a neighborhood to transition...
We are constantly fighting the reasons to join an association. We feel that the minimal amount of dues we pay goes along way in keeping our neighborhood safe and our values stable. BUT......
