Welcome

Scarlett Canyon is nestled in a valley just north of Beardsley Road at 16th Street in Phoenix, Arizona. There are over 400 homes in the neighborhood.

The neighborhood consists of two HOAs. SCHOA encompasses the Trend, Hancock, and Centex homes. The Pulte homeowners, our Scarlett Canyon Neighbors to the north, are members of "Horizons at Scarlett Canyon."
