Welcome to the Sauer's Garden neighborhood
Our membership is as eclectic as our homes in this great neighborhood!
Our Sauer’s Garden neighborhood is about 314 homes. The Sauer’s Garden Civic Association (SGCA) is a way for neighbors to get to know each other and to keep our neighborhood safe, clean and a great place to live.
SGCA Board
The SGCA Board meets every other month to discuss issues and plan activities. Some board members also attend community meetings and provide updates on local issues and any other items of interest to Richmond residents.
Annual membership is only $15 per household. The money helps to pay for activities such as the Tot Lot Cleanup, Alley Cleanup, and the quarterly parties which are a lot of fun and well-attended.
