Welcome to Redwood Estates Neighborhood information web site. A couple of years ago, we founded the Neighborhood Watch program in partnership with the Kern County Sheriff department. It is a voluntary citizen/law enforcement cooperative effort to reduce crime and improve the quality of life in our community.
