Annual Meeting Minutes

 Message from the Board

          The Annual Meeting took place Saturday May 15, 2021 at the Doxsey Circle common ground. At this meeting the 2021 Budget passed and the HOA board is now complete with 5  members.

          The Annual assessment was passed and remain at $100.00 annually which will become due this year by July 1, 2021. Any and all assessments after that due date will become late and be charged a late fee of $25.00 plus 18% interest.

          A new and complete HOA board is now in place as Lenny Nicotri and Annette Scott have stepped down.  Your new board members are as follows;

President is Joseph Dono

Vice President is Deanna Carr

Treasurer Ryan Grant

Secretary Victoria Dono

Director Nancy Vasquez

          Let us all support them as they have volunteered and pledged;

"To Promote, protect and maintain the beauty and aesthetic  value of  Rainbow Woods and thereby protect the values of all real property of Rainbow Woods, for the benefit of the property owners, including enforcement of the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions of the Community."

          Items addressed at meeting - A Covenant Amendment addressing Rental properties and renters, Augustine Speeders, and the cut through traffic on Rainbow Woods Loop, Salters, and Conway. We also covered communication to residents via Emails and Web Page.

          We all know these are very important concerns among our residents so we all need to stand together and bring these concerns to our Hernando County representatives to find solutions.

          We had 5 guest speakers who addressed the above concerns.
