Welcome to the Perkins Oaks Civic Association Website! The purpose of the Perkins Oaks Civc Association is address such topics as maintaining neighborhood appearance, neighborhood watch and safety, and to act as a liaison with elected officials, city services and police authorities. The Association is a non-profit organization that is run strictly by volunteers and donations from the neighborhood. No dues are required.
