Parkland
Parkland has never been perfect and I have lived here 30 years of my life, but it is really becoming an unsafe place to raise a family. The tweakers aka drug users are multiplying like rabbits and at anytime of the day or night they can be seen lurking around as they walk by looking in your yards. I picked up 3 needles just the other day uncapped in the middle of the road.
