Our community is comprised of 146 two-, three-, and four-bedroom, single and two level townhomes first built in 1980 by Hallcraft Homes.
PPS is located in beautiful South Tempe. Amenities include a pool, tennis courts, and locked RV storage lot. PPS is located only 4 miles from Arizona State University, home of the Sun Devils and 5.5 miles from Mesa Community College.
