Welcome to Orange Tree Country Club!

Orange Tree is a gated community in Southwest Orlando designed to provide neighborhood living in an architecturally controlled and artistically land-planned environment.

It is a combination of individually-owned homes and commonly-owned and maintained roads and recreation facilities.

It is all made possible by the governance of one Master Association and three Sub-Associations.

You have a substantial vested interest here, not only in your home, but also in Orange Tree as a community. The reputation of Orange Tree, as well as the future real estate values of our community’s homes, will depend on the ongoing care and upkeep that is given to your individual home and to the community at large.
