Welcome!
We are a smaller neighborhood within the larger Irving Park. We enjoy large lots and vintage homes, as well as some newer more modern construction. Our community has excellent shopping, a nice playlot, Kolmar Playlot Park, a number of Landmark buildings including the spectacular Schurz High School as well as very easy access to the greater Chicago area and the Loop via CTA and Expressways.
