Normandy Estates is a manufactured home community comprised of approximately 270 lots located on the west side of Jacksonville, Florida. Lot rent is approximately $400 plus water/sewer charges. JTA has a bus stop right outside the main entrance. There is a Dollar General store within a five minute walk and a beverage store within a 10 minute walk. Older maps show street names but they are not currently used.
