The Near North neighborhood is home to some of the best dining, shopping and most beautiful luxury homes, condominiums and lofts in Chicago. Just a few blocks from the Magnificent Mile, this neighborhood also has small gems like Europa Books and Paper Source. Nightlife is plentiful and the farmers market is a favorite all summer. Homes vary from historic luxury houses to hip lofts and plenty of high-rise condo's. Prices are steep and residents are often older couples, families and retirees.
