You and HR trying common sense with simple econimics is the same as me trying common sense with the fact that nitrogen in the Gulf cannot be traced to ANY state. ( And then malboy, trying to cover their mistakes, goofs and states that there are no different elements of nitrogen; proving MY point!) Libs can't and won't see the fraud at hand with the environmentalists who need to justify their jobs!

Hey guys....glad to see you're cognizant of the fact that it is impossible to reason with the liberal element.
I'm also wondering if that most wonderful of liberals, Al Gore, will someday admit to the fraud that is global warming. Maybe the industries that have been shut down (ex.-light bulbs) because of his lies should be given a chance to hold his feet to the fire monetarily. Maybe we could have a little party where we put ol' Al in his swimsuit( I know....that's a horrible visual) , and tie him to a handy fence post, soak him down with a little H20, and let him experience the "warming" of our planet. I don't know about you fellows, but around my place it's been pretty darned cold for the past couple of years. Cold today. Cold yesterday. And windy. Cold and windy.

If they understand this, then they are disingenuous when they say they want to tax the corporations. What they really mean is they want place the burden on the wage earner, the consumer, the working man. Because, if they understand this, then they also understand that that is what they are really doing. Lyinghypocrits, just like always.
You conservatives seem always to take the narrow, simplistic approach. All corporations are not alike. There are some which are making gobs of money and can pay a little in taxes without raising prices. There are some of those who can’t raise prices because of competition and will have to settle for lower profits. There are some which provide services or products which I (or you, perhaps) don’t use. For example, those who drink fine whiskey or wear fine jewelry can pay any taxes passed on to them, but this "working man" won’t.
