Acually 101 isn't his spy number it's actually his age.  That is the reason we have to keep his identity a secret he's so firiggin' old, his old timer disease has kicked in.  That's why Maxwell Fart was seen running naked around Harry moulosk cause the CHIEF told him too.

Agent 99 aka Barbara Felt-up, (How do you think she got pregnant in the first place?) she decoded the message 3 times cause she couldn't believe what the CHIEF was instructing him to do.  The CHIEF needs to put in for retirement soon!  There is talk of having James Bondage take over as the new CHIEF but he always seems to be tied up.
