It LOOKS to me, as I heard it last night, and, as you have posted it today, that as long as a Company offers a sesation program, the breakroom WILL ALLOW SMOKING! We have a smokers AND a non-smokers lounge. I HOPE that we are allowed to keep the smokers lounge. It DOES relieve the stress when dealing with the public. We'll have to see what happens. It STILL bothers me, that the legislatures are SO worried about "second hand smoke", but, could care LESS about the amount of pollution that vehicles AND factories are spewing out 24/7 (that, by the way affects EVERYBODY in the State of Iowa).
