Here in Morgan Park we are glad to enjoy both architechtural and cultural diversity and stability. Thanks to the Beverly Area Planning Association a good part of our neighborhood has achieved landmark status in hopes of preserving our prairie style bungalows. We offer an abundance of green spaces including 3 major parks, Ada, Blackwelder and Cooper Parks, where we can swim, play ball, tennis, and enjoy "Movies in the Park" A variety of home styles and prices, including single and multi-family make most all families welcome. The Beverly Arts Center provides a cultural community center.
