Welcome to Montclair

The East Montclair neighborhood is approximately one square mile of land located between the old Lowry Air Force Base on the south side and the former Stapleton International Ariport on the north. Boundaries for this area are Yosemite Street on the east  Quebec Street on the west, 11th Avenue on the south, and Montview Boulevard/23rd Avenue on the north. Boundaries for this neighborhood
