Welcome to Misty Vale Farm!
Located just a few miles south of the C & D Canal, the Misty Vale Farm Homeowners' Association is a residential civic association comprised of nearly 300 homes.
Its residents have the authority to monitor and control development through the enforcement of deed restrictions, an important element for a community intent upon maintaining its beauty and style.
Misty Vale Farm ranks as one of the finest developments in Delaware, offering large lots, quality construction of lovely homes and a very nicely maintained community. Homes are privately owned and maintained while common area maintenance is handled through the HOA's Board of Directors.
