Welcome to our Newsletter website.
Among the almost 800 number of homes that constitute The Residences at Bulle Rock are 112 condominium units in seven buildings between Blenheim Farm Lane and Snow Chief Drive. In keeping with the community's thoroughbred racing theme, our neighborhood is named Marquis Downs after the racetrack in Saskatchewan, Canada. Our street is named after the 1973 Triple Crown Winner, Secretariat,
Some things are unique to the condos however, For example, we have our own governing body, the Marquis Downs Condo Association and our own management company. But we also pay fees, enjoy the privileges, and follow the rules of the "Master Association". Deciding who does what can be daunting. Generally, if the issue involves the common areas of your building or parking area, contact your building captain or your condo board. If the issue involves trash or snow removal, gates, security, swimming pools or community wide issues, contact Mt. Pleasant.
