Kensington Row (Condominiums) is a small community of 76 (2 and 3 bedroom) units within 10 buildings.  Aside from it's prime location within the Medical Center, amenities include controlled access and a swimming pool.  Kensington Row's residents enjoy some of the lowest HOA fees in San Antonio.  With an elevation of approx. 1020 ft., Kensington Row sits on one of the highest points in Bexar County.  All 10 buildings are spread around beautiful grounds dotted with magnificent century oaks.  Notice:  Most if not all of the posts in the Discussions section do NOT pertain to Kensington Row.  Please keep this in mind when reading them.  In NO way do these posts reflect the state of Kensington Row.
