Welcome to the Holly Brook Estates Homeowners Association (HOA) Website. We are an association of 34 homes adjacent to Holly Forest and located just off of Spriggs Road in Manassas Virginia, beginning on Passage Creek Lane and on Ruskin Row Place just off of Minniville Road. We are an active and diverse community and all share a common purpose to strengthen and enrich our neighborhood.
Our website is intended to allow us to share information amongst ourselves, your HOA Board, and provide notifications about important neighborhood issues and events.
Please be an active participant in the community and feel free to become and remain involved as your time and individual circumstances permit.
