Our Neighborhood

Attention HA/LH Residents:  Our $45/year dues support our neighborhood park maintenance and improvements and mosquito spraying for the entire neighborhood plus other operational expenses.  To budget those funds, we need payments early in our fiscal year that began March 1. Deadline for payments is March 31 to avoid 10% late fee penalties added.  Second notices sent will add the 10% late penalty based on the balance due. If you are uncertain of the amount owed, call the Homes Assoc 816-984-3066 to obtain your exact amount due. All payments should be made to the HA/LH Homes Association.

Information regarding events and homes asociation business and finance can be accessed in the Pages & Links section for documents.

Note:  All Title Companies needing information regarding dues, should use the form included in Pages & Links

Highland Acres/Lakeside Heights Homes Association consists of approximately 720 homes located in an area with boundaries of North Oak on the west, North Woodland on the east, NE Cookingham (291) on the north, and 112 Terrace on the south.  Signs shown in the picture above will indicate the four corner boundaries of the Homes Association. Children attend North Kansas City Schools--Nashua and Bell Prairie Elementary, Gateway 6th Grade Center, New Mark Middle School, and Staley High School. Yearly dues of $45 support the neighborhood park and Mosquito Control in addition to normal operational expenses.
