Welcome to the condo's of Greentree!
Greentree, located in the western side of Frankfort, is a wonderful place to call home. We are a well-established community close to shopping, dining, and ease of access to I-64. Located between both Lexington and Louisville, we have the convenience of larger cities, yet situated in the picturesque historic beauty of the capital of Kentucky, at small city prices. Owning in Greentree gives the option of living either in virtual privacy while someone else maintains the grounds, or spending your summer lounging around our large private inground pool, developing friendships that can last a lifetime!
