Edgemoor Gardens 

Edgemoor Gardens is a 1940's community of row townhomes nestled between Edgewood Hills, Gordon Heights, and Edgemoor Terrace. It is within walking distance of the U.S. Postoffice and within a short drive of Bellevue Park and Fox Point State Park. I-95 is easily accessible. The City of Wilmington is 4 miles away and Philadelphia less than 30 miles. Bus No. 24 runs through the center of the community on Rysing Drive.

Edgemoor Gardens Civic Association

The Edgemoor Gardens Civic Association has existed for more than 30 years. It was incorporated for the second time in the early 1980s. Its main function is maintenance of the open spaces.

EGCA is working hard to upgrade and improve the neighborhood by maintaining the open spaces and working with CIA (County Code) to clean up properties which are not up to code.

Edgemoor Resource House

The Edgemoor Resource House is located in the community at 41 S. Cannon Drive and provides afterschool programs for youth and other services for our families.
