Welcome to our neighborhood on East 205th Street between East Mosholu Parkway South and the Grand Concourse in the Bronx.

There are eclectic mix of single, multifamily houses, apartment buildings, and small business that are each other's neighbor.

If you are new to our neighborhood we thank you now for taking this step and wanting to be informed about your block. For those who have lived on this great block, thank yourself too for keeping it the way you do and for wanting to make it better.

A Block Association is a volunteer group of residents of a small neighborhood dedicated to actively or non- actively promote the safety, general welfare, and enhance quality of life in the immediate community through awareness, advocacy, education, and community building.

The block association is new for 2012 in response to several factors; new buildings, more people, safety concerns, beautification projects, dog poop and cat issues.
