Dunedin is a Planned Development of 30 homes, located off Sardis Lane from Providence Road. The Development was started in 1990 and the final house was completed in 1997. Most of the homes are three bedroom two bath, ranch style homes. A few homes are 1 1/2 stories with a downstairs master suite. The homeowners association provides for lawn maintenance and care of the common area including a Walking Trail and GAZEBO. The mail is delivered at the GAZEBO. Dues as of 1/2025 are $200.00 a month. They are due on the first of the month and are overdue by the 11th of the month Dues should be sent to Dunedin HOA, 5535 Dunedin Lane, Charlotte, NC 28270
