The Creston-Kenilworth Neighborhood Association is a community located in Southeast Portland, Oregon. The Creston-Kenilworth discussion group is for the residents of the Creston-Kenilworth Neighborhoods. Meetings are at the Grout Elementary School at SE 31st & Holgate, in the library. We meet from 7:00-8:30pm on the second Tuesday of each month.
