A Message from our Board President
Welcome to the Coronado Woods Association website! A first for our association. Coronado Woods is a wonderful condominium community located on Waggoner Rd. just north of Main St. We are immediately across from the Reynoldsburg VFW.
Our project is mature having been built in the mid 70's and most of our residents are empty nesters. There are very few small children but a lot of grandparents. We have a good mix of retired residents and those still working.
Over the years our association has had great leadership which has done a good job of maintaining the appearance of our property. The current board of directors is continuing that trend. Many residents have spent large sums of money to upgrade the interior of their condos and the board of directors will be doing the same in the common areas in the months and years to come. Our financial situation is very stable and getting stronger.
Visit us the next time you are in our area. We think we have a pretty nice place to live. If you are looking to downsize or purchase your first home we might be just the ticket for you.
