Life in The Chinquapin Park Community!
The Chinquapin Park Community is a very diverse community. There are about 600 families within our boundaries. Our location is surrounded by several schools, Morgan State University, Loyola and Towson Colleges, hospitals, shopping areas & malls, Belvedere Square, Restaurants, Churches and much much more! The area largely consists of proud homeowners but there are apartments & rental properties also. We're 5 minutes from Towson and 15 minutes from Downtown. It's a pleasure living here!
