Welcome

Boulder Forest is a lovely community comprised of nearly 200 homes tucked away in Southwestern DeKalb County, in Ellenwood, GA. It started out in 2004 as brick and mortar but today it is a thriving and flourishing community! Established in 2006, the Boulder Forest Homeowner’s Association (HOA) is a group of people who cares about the neighborhood where they live. With its 7 Board Members and its numerous volunteers, we all work to maintain a neighborhood that we can all be proud to call home. It is steadily becoming the jewel in DeKalb County which is why we say, “Let Boulder Forest Be the Beauty in DeKalb County”. Please join us.
