Benedict Road and Marion Avenue is a unique neighborhood within the beautiful Village of Cold Spring. Our neighborhood is a mix of residential homes on the west side of Marion and all of Benedict and commercial business on the east side of Marion Avenue. Our association has been formed to insure that a healthy and safe balance is maintained between the residential and business community in our area.
